Default User added to Zimbra need few hours to show in BES Admin (Zimbra 7.1.4 + BESx 5.0.1)

    Hi,

We are new to Zimbra, just setup Zimbra 7.1.4 + Zimbra Connector for BES 7.1.4 + BESx 5.0.1. After setup BES and BES connector, existing users in Zimbra canot be find in BES Admin UI, however for new users, need wait long time to show it and add user to use BES.

Do any1 know how to configure BES and BES connector to get new user faster? Besides, can the time to get user set to be faster (e.g. say 1 hr ,etc).

    Regards,

    Fai

    Default

Hi, I had the same issue. However, when I tried to use "ZCOLogCtl.exe" at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033" and press the "forcesync" button, the recent added/removed user will get updated. But it still require to force BES to "re-read" by pressing the link "Refresh available user list from company directory".

Is there any way to automate/schedule the process? Or is there a better to force the sync occur automatically?

    Thanks,
    Steven
