I have set up the Zimbra Outlook connector on two machines. On one of them I can see Zimbra's calendar when I show do the Folder List (Ctrl+6). However, the other does not have a Calendar option. All of the other folders appear to be there.

If I bring Zimbra up in the main window and click on the Calendar, it works normally - it is just the My Calendars list that isn't there. How do I get Zimbra's calendar to show up there?
