    Default Connector/Outlook2003 Issue

    Hi

    we migrated all our mailaccounts from exchange to zimbra.

    Now some Users are missing the calendar in outlook 2003 .
    Some users are missing the adress book and / or the global adressbook.

    Installation was always same:
    close outlook
    install connector
    open outlook
    wait for sync.

    Any suggestions what to do now to solve the problems?

    Welcome to the forums.

    For the ones you're having a problem with, remove the profile and recreate it - see how you get on with that. If you still have problem review the Troubleshooting options and see what you get in the sync logs.
