On large mailboxes, outlook takes a long time to shutdown, causing mailbox corruption
We have a Zimbra setup with 85 users. About 20% of these users have mailboxes with sizes over 5Gb.
Especially in those users, we noticed that almost every morning they would get an indication that Outlook was recovering the mailbox. In some cases this takes more than 20 minutes.
We did some tests and noticed that after Outlook is closed, even though there is no visual indication, the Outlook.exe process is still running, sometimes for more than one minute. If the user shuts down the computer at this point, the next time he starts there will be a mailbox recovery.
Is anyone else having this issue ? How can we solve it ?
