We have many clients using Outlook 2007 with ZCO and the dynamics crm. Haven't had any problems with this before now with one user. After dynamics crm installation Outlook displays an error on startup about that it can't open the .zdb file.
I have tried to delete the .zdb file,profile,reinstalled connector, reinstalled dynamics crm. The problem occures as soon that dynamics crm addin is installed, and the .zdb file works fine if I uninstall dynamics crm addin.
