Running GA 4.0.2 with Outlook Connector from 4.0.1. Trying to Share email between two Zimbra assounts using Outlook 2003 SP2.

Under Zimbra store properties - add user, make them Admin - we did this on both sides. Checked to make sure the COM Addin is checked. Re-started Outlook. Only indication of anything happening is get Server Failure / Sync Issues - here is error message:
