Default client receiving soap Errors..any ideas?

I have a client that is intermittently receiving soap errors..
This is the trace from the most recent. If any one has any idea what this means i would greatly appreciate it . He was sending a .pdf if that is relevant
    Thanks in advance.

This would appear to be a problem with the Connector for Outlook, I'll move it to the correct forum. You should also provide details of the Zimbra version in use with the output of the following command:

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v

Could be a few things. Might be an old bug -- since you're using 6.0.8, you might want to upgrade and see if it goes away. We once had this problem with the LinkedIn Addin for Outlook -- it was doing something that wasn't kosher in MAPI, and we got that error, but that's long since been fixed. But -- do you have another addin that could cause this?

Another possibility is virus checking. Here's a forum post on that:

Thanks, the version is as follows:

    Release 6.0.8_GA_2661.RHEL5_64_20100824100342 CentOS5_64 NETWORK edition.

I will check the link provided as well.

    Thank you
