    Default Local Failure Notice - Error 258

    What could be causing this ? It is a fresh account with a couple of emails in Inbox and some large emails in Sent items

    Can you post the actual local failure message? It should have some attachments which could give some info. [Or a ZCO log file]

    There was a server bug (58948) that may or may not have anything to do with this.

    Also, just to see if it's a tar formatter problem, you could do a test and set HKCU\Software\Zimbra\ZipLevel to 99. [You'd have to make a new DWORD value]. That would use the old formatter.
