Good day everybody.
I have a couple of clients that complain ever so often that the WORD/PDF/EXCEL attachments sent to them shows broken within Outlook (2003&2007). Sometimes messages with more that 1 attachments shows only one and that one is broken. (Too small)

When I look at the WEB INTERFACE message, it shows the message in full.

What could be the problem?

Is there a way (without having to rebuild the client's Outlook from scratch) to re-sync Outlook's missing messages? I was hoping I could use Zimbra's UPDATE SYNC TOKEN for this...
