Default 64 Bit Windows - 32 bit Office: One or more parameter values are not valid

    Hey Everyone!

I'm having a problem I haven't been able to solve on my own or find a work around for.

    My company uses
    Server - 7.2.0_GA_2669
    Client - 7.2.0.517

    Win 7 Enterprise
    32 bit Office

We recently switched to a 64 bit windows image from 32 bit, we kept with using 32 bit Office and therefore still use the 32 bit connector. We've been seeing 3 users getting stuck while sending a message. When send is pressed we get the error message "Microsoft Outlook could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid" outlookerrorCut.png

The screen is still responsive but that email can not be sent.

    I've tried:

    Connector uninstall / reinstall
    office re-install
wiping the profile and creating a new one
    clearing the outlook reg values

None of these have made any difference. A forum search didn't yield anything. Have any of you seen this problem? Or maybe have any other suggestions?

I'm having the exact same problem and can't find a fix... Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks!

    I found a fix:

I cleared the Cache in Outlook (Options/Mail/Clear Cache List) and then disabled the Kaspersky anti-virus Add-in's in Outlook and it's working fine.

    Regards, Mark
