Default ZCS 7.2 Zimbra Connector for outlook with office 2010 64bit sneding as sapm

    Hi

We have a 7.2 Zimbra network addition server .Some of our clients are connecting with MS outlook 2010 64 Bit (with zimbra connector).

When the outlook user sends internal email it is received as spam . when they send from the zimbra web interface the emails are received to Inbox (not as spam).

How can we fix this issue

    Thanks

    ECB

You need to look at the headers of the 'spam' too see why it's considered as spam when it's sent by Outlook.

Is this a server issue were i should change the Spam score or a client issue ?

    Hi Bill
    I did the following

DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX was added which is causing messages sent by Outlook users to be marked as spam. To prevent this, you will need to comment out the following link from 50_scores.cf which is located at /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin.

    score DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX 2.636 1.449 1.737 2.845

Is this the correct solution ?

    Thanks
