I have a co-worker whose email changes in Outlook (filing away emails and such) are not updating on her phone. I looked at her email on the server and the server was actually doing what it was supposed to. She can do everything just fine in Outlook (send/receive emails), but any of those changes that are made are not being pushed back up to the server. So, the server is just piling up with emails in her Inbox, and then syncing that information down to her phone.

The current setup on her computer is,
-Windows 7 (64-bit)
-Office 2010 (32-bit)
-Zimbra Server: 6.0.7_GA_2473.UBUNTU8
-Zimbra Connector: 6.0.6102.15

Things I've tried,
-Setting the sync token way back
-Repairing the Zimbra Connector
-Re-installing the Zimbra Connector
-Upgrading the Zimbra Connector from 6.0.15 to 7.2
-Repairing Office 2010

A lot of forum posts here recommend to just create a new profile, but then hundreds of the untouched emails on the server would sync down, rather than all of the work she's done in Outlook. We want Outlook to push up to the server, not vice versa.

What's the next step I should take?
