Zimbra Connector Failed Initialize Folders

Having difficulty with Outlook 2007 / Zimbra connector. Have deleted Outlook 2007, Zimbra connector then reinstalled Outlook 2007 then Zimbra Connector. The Connector fails to initialize folders. Most of the contents of the inbox appear intact. Tried multiple times but will not sync correctly. Several of our other Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 clients on other users are working just fine.
Is there a procedure to troubleshoot the connector and fix why it is not initializing correctly?
Any help would be appreciated.
Also not sure if this is latest connector.
