We had a user install the connector 6.0.14_GA_2921_6.0.6101.14.msi with Windows 7 SP2 and Outlook 2013. It installed, but had a problem syncing when outlook ran. We had them uninstall to try a new version, but they are got the error: "The installer was interrupted before ZCS Connector for Outlook could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again. Click "Close" to exit."
I've tried to do a clean uninstall: http://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-...connector.html following the directions here to remove the registry entries and the files from the 1033 directory. We turned off Windows Search as per another suggestion on the forum and repaired outlook. Then we uninstalled and reinstalled office.
We tried installing a different connector and the same issue arises. Here is an install log:
Is there something we're missing on the clean uninstall? I see the other version referenced so I must be missing something somewhere.
