    Default Appointments disappearing

Outlook 2003, Zimbra 4.5.4, OLK Connector that comes with 4.5.4

User gets invite, User accepts invite, Appointment is removed from calendar and invite goes to trash.

Not always, and still trying to find a commonality between the invites that get dumped, and the invites that seem to work.

That doesn't seem to exist. Should I create it?

is it a true key, or is it a binary value of Calendar?

This was fixed in 4.5.5. For now, you can just create the key/value pair.

Default I don't think it is fixed all the way.....

If you have reminders set on appointments in Outlook and do a sync back to the Zimbra server, the reminders disappear.

If you set an appointment in the past, it will disappear under some circumstances, if you use certain characters the appointment will disappear....

It is very random ....but for sure the reminders disappear....

Using Release 4.5.5_GA_838.RHEL4_64_20070503194922 RHEL5_64 NETWORK edition with the Outlook version of ZimbraOlkConnector-4.5.5_GA_831_4.5.230.msi.

    Default Reminders

Wow -- you're right. Not sure when that broke -- I'll file a bug. I think this has nothing to do with appts disappearing -- this is totally different, and always worked before.

    Thanks for pointing this out.

Default Outlook reminders lost when syncing to server

I have filed bug 16784 for this issue.

    Default Losing reminders

So the fix for the bug I filed may be more involved, but we have fixed the reminder issue -- you will no longer lose your reminders upon syncing from Outlook to the server. Also, this fix will keep any non-server Contact information. This will be in the next release -- 4.5.6.

    Thanks for pointing this out.
