ZCO & read receipt
I know that "read receipt" doesn't works in webclient and that it's the most voted RFE (7257), but I've discovered that "read receipt" doesn't works with ZCO too.
It's quite strange because in IMAP it works and priority messages are correctly handled (both are header tags).
Anyone knows a workaround for this issue?
I'm afraid not, other than voting for the bug :(
I didn't see a bug for the ZCO read receipt issue, only the webmail issue.

Has this progressed at all? I've got a client, Read Receipt turned on everywhere (ZD, ZWC )but nothing coming up in outlook...
Can you give me the exact scenario in which receipts are not working?
Which client (OL/ZWC) is sending the message? And which is reading the message?
Also, can you attach screenshots of the receipt settings in both clients?
Class of service setup to allow Read Receipts (prompt)
Outside party sending read receipt to ZCS, ZCO collecting from ZCS, no read receipt option displayed.
I've set the client up with ZD as a temporary solution as the prompt for read receipt comes up on ZD. They seem happy with ZD but others are addicted to outlook so would be good to have it operational there.
I'll see if I can get some screen shots but I'm not onsite for quite a while
So the outside party is sending a message *on which a read receipt has been requested* (rather than sending the receipt itself), and you are seeing no "Would you like to send a receipt" prompt in Outlook?
OL2007->Tools->Options->Prefs tab->Email Options->Tacking Options.... is "ask me before sending a response" selected?
Also, does it work if the message is internal e.g. user sends a message with receipt request to themselves?
