    Default [SOLVED] New messages are not synced (well some of them anyway)

    Just upgraded to Zimbra 5.0.6 (after a lot of pain and frustration). It seems that some of new messages will not sync to either a Palm Treo (755p on VZW) nor a windows mobile 6 device (also on VZW model number escapes me). If I open the email it will sync down just fine but that obviously defeats the purpose of mobility. :-) I see nothing in sync.log (except successful looking messages) and I have no errors in my reverse proxies. As I said most messages come through just fine. It seems to be just message from our ticketing system (RT) but I can't see any difference in those emails and after opening them they sync fine. Any thoughts? I'm kind of stumped. Thanks

    Just fixed it. It's a bug in RT that sends 8bit messages as 8-bit which is wrong. I made the update to my RT server and all is well.
