I was trying to send this email out in Chinese from the iPhone using my Zimbra ActiveSync account:
Redacted您好!

The funny thing is in the message preview my message is all garbled, but when I open it in OS X via Zimbra Webmail, Entourage, or Apple Mail, it views properly. My readers, on the other hand, who use Thunderbird and Outlook on Windows, have difficult properly reading it and the message garbled as above. It seems that it is either not enforcing Unicode or encoding properly. Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties?

I am going to test our decommissioned Exchange 2003 server and compare the results.
