I have a user with an iPhone 3.0. He used to be able to sync with his Zimbra NE account just fine, but now it doesn't seem to work. I've asked him to delete and re-set up his MS Exchange profile on his iPhone. Email and calendar is coming through fine, but his contacts won't come down to the phone. I don't have access to the phone myself, so I can't 100% verify all of this in person. I've asked him to check, and double-check, that the contacts sync is set to on. That was the obvious first check. He says it's set to "ON" ... still it doesn't seem to sync any contacts. I've also checked his account. All the contacts are there.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, were you able to find solution?
