We have several Motorola DroidXs in the office and they can do active sync just fine. All with Verizon.
We have a user who preferred a Motorloa Droid2 with Verizon. It runs Android 2.2. I have tried to set up Active Sync and it fails to login - the setup is different than on the DroidXs. So I tried to set up the account as an IMAPS account. It receives email fine but will not send.
I have verified the settings to be correct. I used these settings from an IMAPS connection locally and it was successful.
Authenticated SMTP on Port 25 using TLS.
When the phone tries to send email through Zimbra I see this in the /var/log/maillog:

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this either on the phone or at the server?
