No More Novell
I recently opted to get rid of Novell, and I decided to choose Zimbra.
Zimbra met all of my, and my clients needs. The fantastically designed interface allowed me to focus on other things instead of teaching my users email all over again.
The support staff at Zimbra is some of the best out there. I had an issue with my DNS records, and they were right there to assist me and get Zimbra up and running. They take pride in their product, and appreciate each and every user.
I would whole-heartedly like to thank Zimbra for releaving the headache of Novell quicker than Motrin ever did.
Thank you again Zimbra, all is well on this spot of the world, thanks to you!

And you really haven't even had a chance to interact with the actual paid tech support, professional services, etc ;) -you'll find it just get's better!
