    Have you tried to run

    zmprov mc default zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*"

It is required to get zimlet working.

It still doesn't work. I am able to get the correct information in the "About" box, but when I try to add attachment from alfresco, it hangs, and when I try to save to alfresco, it also hangs. IE8 gives this in the error console when trying to add attachment:

    Webpage error details

Message: 'this._composeView' is null or not an object
    Line: 2130
    Char: 2
    Code: 0
    URI: https://zimbra.mydomain.com/zimbra/

It gives this error when trying to save to alfresco:

    Webpage error details

Message: 'status' is null or not an object
    Line: 2081
    Char: 1
    Code: 0
    URI: https://zimbra.mydomain.com/service/...=en&country=US

Take care with this command :
    Code:
    zmprov mc default zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*"
You should use it only for dev purposes. Also, the correct command is :
    Code:
    zmprov mc default +zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*"
Don't forget the "+", or you will erase all the allowed domains values.

For those installing the zimlet, not for dev purposes, they should use something like this :
    Code:
    zmprov mc default +zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*.mydomain.com"
with mydomain.com being the domain for your alfresco.

i already did those steps with zmprov, but the issue remains.
I cannot narrow it down to zimbra or alfresco since i don't have any older version of any of the servers.
to sum it up: the zimlet hangs while trying to attach a file from alfresco to a new mail. the zimlet succeeds "saving" an incoming attachment to alfresco, however, nothing gets done.

    Tom

ps. this with zimbra 6.0.2 and alfresco 3.2 (from ubuntu partner repo)

    yqu,

Do YOU have the zimlet working with ZCS 6.0.x?

    Default Google code project

    Hi,

I have setup a google code project for this Alfresco Zimlet.

alfresco-zimlet - Project Hosting on Google Code

The head branch also includes some initial work I did for adding Alfresco search on Zimbra UI.

Let me know if you want to contribute to this project.

Here is a list of things I think we might need to improve it

    1) Replace custom webscripts with CMIS services.
    2) Leverage new Zimbra Tab interfaces.
    3) Test it on latest Zimbra/Alfresco versions.

Also if you are using it with Alfresco enterprise version, please let me know your use case etc.

    Thanks!

    Yong Qu

    yqu,

Any chance you can install ZCS 6.0.x on a test machine or VM in order to fix the Zimlet for users of this version?

    Much appreciated.
