    Default Routing Slip in Zimbra

Hi, everybody! Is it possible implement this function in Zimbra with Zimlets? Unfortunately I haven't any coding skills to write such extension by myself.
It creates the route of the letters through a chain of people with the ability to notice the passage of the letter initiator of the route. Ideally, so it looks as follows:
    1. Initiator of the route will determine the chain of people
    2. Sends a letter, for example by clicking on the button "Send on the route"
    3. The first member of the chain, read the letter, click on the button "Send on the route further"
    4. Initiator of the route is notified that the letter went on to route
Also requires the ability to edit the letters as in transit.
Thanks as advance for any advices and answers/
