Attach Email Zim Problem
Do somebody experienced a problem with Attach Email in a single user???
Here I have a user who has a problem with this zimlet, is unable to see the Attach Email "selection box" say, it just doesn't appear.
The rare stuff begins when I tried to start the user's session in other computer and I saw precisely same problem, even when this computer is able to show that window if I opening any other account on it.
Definitely this is a Zimbra embedded client problem. Any suggestions?

From admin console, you have to edit the account and go to the zimlet tab, to verified if the zimlet is activated or not.
Also, you have to check the option in web client of the account.
Yeah, that's a pretty clever advise, but actually the zimlet is activated in both client and server....please see attached
The zimlet is there, but the interface have disappeared
