I've got a few clients using the Templates Zimlet now and loving it, however occasionally it forgets how to work, i.e. You try to select a template and all you get is a empty drop down bubble about 3 characters wide.
This only seems to happen in Zimbra Desktop. The only way to resolve the issue is to completely close ZD and then restart it again. After a session of doing templates 6-10 emails it will fail again requiring a restart.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Anyone else having this issue a work around is to compose email in Separate Window...
Will update to 7.x and see if I have any further results.
